The Powermatic PM2000B is the second in Powermatic’s cabinet saw range. It is more powerful, has more features, and can be upgraded more than the PM1000, its smaller sibling.
The PM2000B is available in 3HP and 5HP versions, and can be wired for 230V or 460V. This makes it quite a powerful machine that can handle pretty much any task in its top configuration.
Its fence has HDPE sides, which are smoother and don’t require lubrication like metal fences. The riving knife can be replaced quickly without any tools, and the same goes for the blade guard. The machine also comes with a second, low-profile riving knife that can be used for through cuts like dados and grooves.
One great feature is the digital angle readout, which helps with setting accurate angle cuts. The base includes integrated caster wheels that can be lowered and raised with a lever on the side of the body.
There are several upgrades available. The most important one is the upgrade from 30 to 50-inch rip capacity. Additionally either a workbench or router lift extension table can be fitted. A sliding table attachment is also available.
Probably the best of Powermatic's table saws. Good balance between features, power, and price.

I recently purchased a used Powermatic 2000.
Two questions. #1 where can I purchase the Teflon pads that are on the underside of the fence?
#2 the roller urethane completely dissinagraded is there a warranty or replacement available?
