The Bosch GTS 10 XC table saw is a solid jobsite saw, with its main distinguishing feature being a sliding table. Although useful, this sliding table can often have a bit of play, so its accuracy is not perfect.
Its table can also be extended to the side, allowing you to mount a router underneath to create a router table. The table saw fence can then be used for the router table as well. This extension can also be used for a larger rip capacity of up to around 650mm. There is also an extension at the back to support workpieces when they reach the end of the table.
Some users report issues with the fence, such as flex, and its fence is generally not as good as that of its direct competitor, the DeWalt DWE7492. The fence is secured only on the front, and can go a bit out of square at the far end where it is not secured.
One downside to the GTS 10 XC is that it is rather loud (similar to most comparable machines) because the motor is brushed. Bosch also sells a stand specifically for this saw that has wheels to easily move it around a worksite.
The GTS 10 XC is also popular with many home woodworkers, because it is relatively powerful, not too big, and reasonably priced. Bosch unfortunately does not currently offer a table saw with sliding table in North America.
Replacement Saw Blades: The GTS 10 XC accepts up to 254mm diameter blades and has a 30mm arbor. You can browse some blades that will fit the GTS 10 XC and have good reviews on Amazon Germany or Amazon UK.
Reliable, powerful jobsite saw with a unique sliding table. Solid pick for hobbyist woodworkers.

It seems like for many people it’s a competition between this machine and the DeWalts (745 and 7491/7492). The DeWalts seem to have better fences (more rigid), but lack the sliding miter gauge. Which one do you prefer?
