The Metabo ADH 310 jointer planer is the largest out of the Magnum series jointer planer combination machines. It is similar to the ADH 260 and the ADH 1630, but has more capacity. It is also the only one to have a mortising table attachment
and a table extension.
Another difference with its smaller versions is that not only the planing/thicknessing table is made from cast iron, but also the entire jointer table. This is also the reason why this machine is so much heavier (150kg).
The fence is secured both front and back, minimizing potential flex when pushing on the far ends.
It was also marketed as the Elektra Beckum HC 333 and later the Metabo HC 333, which despite their name also had a jointing width of 310mm.

I work with this machine, but I cannot change the 2 knive-blades. As I see it now, I need to disamble the whole rotator with bearing blocks, because I cannot slide the knives out sideways after loosening the two lefthand threaded bolts.
