The Hammer B3 Perform is the largest of the Hammer B3 saw and spindle-moulder combination series. The main difference with the B3 Winner Comfort and its smaller brothers is the larger body and longer sliding table.

Besides the added spindle moulder, it is essentially the same machine as the Hammer K4 Perform. Both machines are based on a longer panel-saw body, inspired by (or perhaps identical to) the Felder K500. The K4 Perform does have a longer (3200 vs 2500mm) sliding table.

There are several more differences between the B3 Perform and the smaller B3 Winner Comfort. It has a longer sliding table, a bigger outrigger table, bigger crosscut fence, a more powerful standard motor, and a separate motor for the scoring unit. Besides the more powerful motor, these are all features that are not available on the Winner Comfort.

This makes the B3 Perform the preferred machine for cutting large sheet goods, although the Winner Comfort is capable of the job as well.
